Digital Delivery
All products sold on our website are digital goods delivered via online download only. No physical items are shipped.
After payment is approved, your order is processed automatically. Most orders are completed within 1 hour, but in some cases processing may take up to 24 hours.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your license key (if applicable)
- Download access
- Installation instructions
This email serves as your electronic receipt.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Once a license key, download link, account access, or software access has been:
- Delivered
- Viewed
- Downloaded
the product is considered redeemed, and no refunds will be issued.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you waive all rights to chargebacks or refunds after delivery.
Product Status & Updates
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product status before purchasing.
- Refunds will not be issued if a product is temporarily offline, under testing, or awaiting an update.
- If a product becomes temporarily unavailable, you must wait until it is back online.
- In some cases, we may offer an alternative product of equal or lower value, at our discretion.
System Compatibility & User Responsibility
Before purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Some software may require disabling antivirus or adding exclusions due to false positives.
- Setup instructions are provided and must be followed carefully.
- In rare cases, issues may be caused by a corrupted, outdated, or unstable Windows installation.
If a clean Windows reinstall is recommended by support and the customer refuses to do so, no refund will be issued.
Game Updates & Beta Products
- When a game updates, the software may require an update as well.
- No refunds will be granted for products temporarily offline due to game patches or maintenance.
Beta Products
Purchasing a product for a beta or early-access game carries inherent risk.
By purchasing a beta product, you agree that:
- The product may stop working if the game changes, stability issues occur, or the game shuts down.
- No refunds will be issued for beta products under any circumstances.
- Beta keys remain valid only if the developer continues support after release.
- Beta keys cannot be exchanged for other products.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments may be accepted via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and other approved methods (such as PayPal, FunPay, WeChat, Alipay), depending on availability at checkout.
- All purchases are for non-refundable digital software and/or subscription access.
- Payments are billed in advance.
- No partial refunds, credits, or returns are offered for unused time.
- Accessing the software, downloads, or member area constitutes full delivery of the service.
Account Termination & Service Rights
- Upon subscription expiry, accounts may be downgraded to free status (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at any time.
- Termination results in loss of access without refund.
- We are not responsible for data loss or feature loss due to account downgrades or termination.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
